The Caradon Local Plan 2007 was the main planning document for our area until last November, when the Cornwall Local Plan took over. Although it has no statutory significance, the old plan remains a useful source of information and contains much helpful data and policies that may be worth revisiting to see if they remain relevant in 2017/18.
